Intent to Sole Source Shredder Maintenance

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, intends to award a sole source contract to GOVSmart, Inc. for the maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls for a shredder/disintegrator. The contract will include a base year and four option years. The work will be performed at Hanscom AFB, MA. • The contract action is to procure specific services and repairs for the existing Security Engineered Machinery (SEM) Disintegrators Model 23/3 (3000). • The proposed contract includes Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) and emergency services. • Interested parties may submit responses (capability statements) to this notice by email to Lt Luis Cruz or Anthony Coit by 25 Aug 2026.
