NWARPC REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST – TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMMING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission is seeking qualified firms to submit Letters of Interest for a cloud‑based transportation programming and project management software platform. The platform will support administration of regional transportation funding programs and the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This is an EOI phase; no formal bids are required at this stage. • Cloud‑based SaaS solution to manage transportation funding and TIP data. • Must integrate with existing regional planning workflows and reporting requirements. • Submissions due by August 7, 2026; select firms will be invited to further evaluation phases.
