The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive trash‑removal services for its Central Service Complex. The work includes supplying, servicing, and emptying a fleet of waste containers on a twice‑weekly schedule, with additional as‑needed pickups, and must meet strict timing and quality standards.
• Provide 9 × 2‑cubic‑yard, 6 × 3‑cubic‑yard, 1 × 6‑cubic‑yard, and 3 × 40‑cubic‑yard containers, plus recycling and open‑top containers as listed.
• Perform pickups every Wednesday and Friday (with one 40‑cubic‑yard container required every Friday morning) and complete service by 10:00 a.m. on each day.
• Submit a firm‑fixed monthly price covering all labor, materials, insurance, and related costs; contract is a 2‑year base term with three optional one‑year extensions.
