Description
The University of Wyoming is seeking proposals for commencement services at the Arena Auditorium. The successful respondent will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials for the production of the commencement services. The scope of work includes supplemental audio for the Arena Auditorium, pro-level console and drive system, stage monitoring, amplification for musical ensemble, and provision of an engineer and system tech. The university is looking for a firm with a demonstrated history of successfully providing similar services. The contract will be awarded to the proposer who most completely meets the University’s needs.
