Offender Day Reporting Center

The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Nevada Division of Parole and Probation (NPP) is seeking to contract with a vendor who can assist NPP with offender services outside the NPP location, called a Day Reporting Center. The Day Reporting Center (DRC) is a facility where select offenders, under the supervision of NPP, will receive a variety of services. The DRC will include educational services, vocational training, and other services, to include: cognitive and life skills training; behavior modification; substance abuse; relapse prevention; anger management; budgeting; money management; parenting and family values; education and employment services and coordinate the referral process for the participants to complete the above listed counseling. • The vendor will provide participant services at the Day Reporting Center – Case Management Services. • The vendor will provide support to NPP. • The vendor must provide adequate staff to operate the various functions of the DRC. • The vendor must provide office space to operate the Day Reporting Center. • Location must be able to accommodate 200 participants in Las Vegas and 50 participants in Reno. • Location must have the means to expand if NPP increases the number of participants. • Location must be in close proximity to NPP offices. • Location must be near major bus routes. • Location must be ADA compliant.
