The City of Talent Urban Renewal Agency (TURA) is seeking a private development partner to redevelop the approximately 4.2-acre Talent Gateway Site, located at the southwest corner of West Valley View and South Pacific Highway (OR-99) in Talent, Oregon. The site is zoned for mixed-use development and has access to public infrastructure. The City envisions a redevelopment that includes a range of housing types, commercial development, and public amenities, with a focus on environmental sustainability and climate change resilience.
