The City of Fresno’s Department of Public Utilities is seeking a qualified grant consulting firm to provide ongoing, as‑needed services for identifying, evaluating, applying for, and administering water‑related grants and loans. The consultant will review funding opportunities, perform preliminary scoring, coordinate with funding agencies, prepare complete grant applications (including cost estimates and supporting documentation), and manage post‑award reporting and compliance. The contract is a three‑year base term with an annual budget of $150,000 and the possibility of two one‑year extensions, totaling up to $750,000 in value.
