Roll-off containers and transport waste materials

The County of Hennepin is seeking to contract with a vendor for the provision of roll-off containers and transportation of waste materials. The contract will have a duration of four years after the date of award. The County encourages bidders to visit the Brooklyn Park Transfer Site to see the limited maneuverability. The key requirements of the job include: • Providing roll-off containers • Transporting waste materials • Compliance with Minnesota prevailing wage statutes • Adherence to the specified payment terms (Net 35 Days) The project is covered by Minnesota prevailing wage statutes, and all hours worked in excess of eight hours per day or forty hours per week shall be paid at a rate of one and one half times the basic hourly rate.
