S--ROCR LEAF REMOVAL

The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide leaf removal services at Rock Creek Park. The contractor will be responsible for removing leaves from various areas, including the Parkway, Carter Barron Amphitheater, Piney Branch Parkway, and Zoo Fence locations. The contractor must employ a site supervisor who will be present during service performance and serve as a direct point of contact for the government. The contractor will be responsible for selecting an offsite disposal location and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide pricing for a six-month extension period. • The contractor must satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must provide equipment and labor necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must ensure that all disposal sites comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
