Central Alabama Water (CAW) is seeking bids for the supply of cross‑linked polyethylene (PEXa) piping for its water distribution system. The contract is for one year with a possible one‑year extension or month‑to‑month continuation. Bidders must provide domestic‑manufactured PEXa pipe in specified sizes, meet extensive quality‑assurance standards, and furnish a 25‑year warranty. Delivery is FOB destination to CAW’s Distribution Center in Birmingham, AL.
