The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking a single‑prime contractor to replace approximately 6,160 feet of aging water mains on Brandon Avenue and associated service connections, valves, fire‑hydrant assemblies, and related civil works. The work includes installation of new 12‑in. and 6‑in. water lines, valve vaults, fire‑hydrant assemblies, air‑release assemblies, pavement milling and overlay, and comprehensive as‑built documentation. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis with a 150‑day substantial‑completion schedule and a 180‑day final‑completion schedule.
