The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting HARD COPY proposals from qualified individuals interested in leasing town-owned property for agricultural purposes. Such proposals may include lease of the land or buildings. Uses of the parcel consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site is preferred. Selected Respondents would enter into an agreement with the Town.Interested individuals and Respondents can obtain the complete RFP packet below. Additionally, individuals may also choose to pick up a hard copy RFP document from the Town of Glastonbury Customer Service Center 2155 Main Street Glastonbury, CT 06033 1st floor between the hours of 8 A.M.-12:30 P.M. and 2 P.M-4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.Responses to the Request for Proposal must be submitted to the PURCHASING OFFICE 2155 Main Street Glastonbury, CT 06033 2nd floor no later than the time and date indicated above.
