The selected firm will prepare construction documents and specifications, oversee construction administration, and develop a phased project schedule to ensure smooth execution. Key services include building assessments, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and bidding support. The project aims to optimize space, improve efficiency, and enhance functionality across departments. • The project involves renovating approximately 183,350 square feet of office space at Centennial II and other municipal buildings. • The scope of work includes expanding administrative hearings, renovating offices, and adding conference space. • The project requires coordination with City departments and stakeholders throughout the design process. • The selected firm will also perform an Arc Flash Study and provide electrical engineering services. • The total project budget is $13,000,000, including construction, design services, furnishings, and technology upgrades.
