The Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting bids for exposition decorator services for the annual MASSBUYS EXPO event. The event will be held in 2026-2028, with possible additional events in 2029-2030. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing expo drayage services, exhibit booth displays, registration booths, and an entrance archway. The vendor will also be required to set up and staff an Exhibition Services Desk to assist exhibitors during the event. The contract will be for an initial duration of three years, with two one-year options to renew. The estimated value of the procurement is $625,000. Key services to be provided include: • Design and set up of OSD/COMMBUYS booth area • Seven, eight-foot skirted tables for registration laptops and printers • Four onsite registration/information booths with kick panels and headers • Up to six tables for registration materials • Entrance archway signage • A minimum of 250 exhibit booth displays • A minimum of 50 tabletop displays • Vehicle Zone for at least 15 Vehicles • Equipment Zone for up to 10 large pieces of machinery • Show Services Desk on Exhibit Hall floor to assist exhibitors with pre-event set up and exhibitor needs during the event • Breakdown of exhibit booth and tabletop displays • Expo drayage services • Exhibitor assistance: booth furnishings; electrical and internet services; advanced and direct-to-show shipping; and loading and unloading of booth materials directly to booth locations.
