Construction of 0.089 Miles of Bridge & Approaches on County Road 35 (Local System Bridge Program Project No. LSBP‑31(22))

The Jasper County Board of Supervisors, in conjunction with the Mississippi Office of State Aid Road Construction, is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of approximately 0.089 miles of bridge and associated roadway approaches on County Road 35 (Local System Bridge Program Project No. LSBP‑31(22)). The scope includes mobilization, clearing, grading, bridge removal, excavation, placement of granular base, guard rails, roadway markings, traffic control, erosion control measures, and the installation of precast concrete bridge components (piles, slabs, caps, barriers, etc.). The contract duration is set at 100 working days, and bidders must submit a certified bid bond equal to 5 % of the total bid. All plans and specifications are available for review at the County Engineer’s office and online via the OSARC and Clark Engineers websites. The award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder, with a strong emphasis on minority business enterprise participation.
