AV Refresh Part 2, Tahlequah & Legacy

The University is seeking a qualified supplier to refresh and upgrade the audio‑visual (AV) infrastructure across multiple teaching and conference spaces, including four learning labs, a skills lab, a gross anatomy lab at the Tahlequah campus, and four conference rooms in the Legacy Plaza tower in Tulsa. The work involves replacing displays, receivers, cameras, microphones, sensors, and associated cabling; installing new CAT6 runs; integrating Crestron control systems, Biamp audio processors, and various networking components; and providing detailed as‑built documentation. All equipment must be brand‑new, with no substitutions allowed without prior written approval, and the vendor must remain firm on pricing for 120 days after the bid close date. • Replace/upgrade AV equipment (displays, cameras, microphones, receivers, sensors) in 4 learning labs, skills lab, gross anatomy lab, and 4 conference rooms. • Install new CAT6 cabling, PoE switches, and Crestron control hardware; perform neat cable management and certify all installations. • Deliver equipment to a central Tulsa address, remove legacy gear, record serial numbers/MAC addresses, and provide on‑site support within 2 business days for any termination issues. • Provide certifications, insurance, non‑collusion form, and comply with university’s standard terms and conditions. • Target installation windows span Dec 2026 (Skills Lab) through June 2027 (Learning Labs), with site‑visit walkthroughs on 21 Sep 2026.
