WQAL - PromoChrom service contract

The City of Columbus, Division of Water, is seeking a vendor to provide annual service and preventative maintenance services for PromoChrom Technologies Solid Phase Extractor systems. The vendor must be an authorized service provider of PromoChrom Technologies Ltd. and provide services equivalent to the Gold Plan, which includes one PM visit, one emergency visit, maintenance kit, repair parts, remote support, and unlimited technical support. The systems are located at the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory in Columbus, Ohio. • The vendor must provide service equivalent to the Gold Plan offered by PromoChrom Technologies Ltd. • The vendor must be an authorized service provider of PromoChrom Technologies Ltd. • The systems are located at the Water Quality Assurance Laboratory in Columbus, Ohio. • The contract is for annual service and preventative maintenance. • The vendor must provide remote support and unlimited technical support. • The vendor must provide priority response over non-contract customers.
