USTC Couples Retreat

The USTRANSCOM is seeking information for potential sources to provide lodging and catering services for a "Strong Family Structure" couples training event. The event will take place from Friday, 11 September 2026, to Sunday, 13 September 2026, at a hotel venue located on or near the "Magnificent Mile" in Chicago, IL. The contractor shall provide 25 standard hotel rooms, a main conference room, specified meal services, audio-visual equipment, and support. The key requirements include: • Lodging for 25 couples (25 total rooms) • A main ballroom/conference room for training • Specified meal services (1 lunch, 1 dinner) • Audio-visual equipment and support The government is looking for a hotel venue that can provide all necessary lodging, dining, and conference facilities to support a 2-night, 3-day training event for 25 couples, totaling 50 participants.
