T2870 - Transmission Facility Management for NJ Public Broadcasting Authority (NJPBA)

The State of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide transmission facility management, regulatory compliance services, and project design and management for the 13 television transmission facilities located throughout the state. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring the proper system management of the facilities in compliance with established standards, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) rules and regulations. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option for extension. The vendor will be required to provide a unit cost of $1.00 for each price line item on the state-supplied price sheet. Some key responsibilities of the vendor include: * Inspecting and maintaining the transmission facilities * Providing regulatory compliance services * Designing and managing projects * Ensuring compliance with FCC and FAA rules and regulations * Providing a unit cost of $1.00 for each price line item on the state-supplied price sheet * Submitting a quote that includes all required forms, registrations, and certifications * Participating in a mandatory site visit * Complying with the State of New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions (SSTC)
