Security Services for the Natural Energy Lab of Hawaii Authority

The Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority (NELHA) is seeking bids for security services at its facility in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The contract will be for a period of 13 months, with the option to extend for two additional 13-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide one uniformed security officer per shift to patrol the facility and surrounding areas, including the main HOST Park Keahole Point Makai Research Campus, four pump stations, and public beach park. The officer will be responsible for opening and closing gates, conducting foot and vehicle patrols, and responding to security calls.
