Winter Wonderland & Ice Skating Experience

The City of Conyers is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to design, install, operate, maintain, and remove a seasonal "Winter Wonderland" and Ice Skating Experience at Celebration Park. The event should serve as a premier holiday destination and community gathering space, enhancing tourism and supporting local economic development. The selected contractor will provide a comprehensive turnkey operation, including all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, attractions, operational management, maintenance, ticketing, safety oversight, and related services necessary for a successful seasonal event. Key responsibilities include providing an ice skating rink, winter wonderland attractions, site design and layout, operations and staffing, installation and removal, safety and risk management, and marketing and promotion. • The event season is anticipated to operate from mid-November 2026 to late January 2027. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 15, 2026. • Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, quality and creativity of proposal, operational and safety approach, financial proposal, community impact, economic development potential, and operational reliability. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the proposer determined to provide the best overall value.
