Cleaner Degreaser/Asphalt Release Agent

The State of New Mexico, Department of Transportation, is seeking bids for a Cleaner Degreaser/Asphalt Release Agent. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to extend for three additional years. The contractor will be required to provide the cleaner degreaser/asphalt release agent to the NMDOT districts statewide. The contractor must ensure that the products used in conjunction with this price agreement have been submitted and approved through the NMDOT Product Evaluation Program prior to placement on a project. • The contractor must provide descriptive literature of products, including chemical ingredient lists. • The contractor must deliver the products FOB to the dealer's place of business within the state of New Mexico. • The contractor must prepay freight and add it to the invoice as a separate item. • The contractor must comply with state laws and rules pertaining to worker's compensation insurance coverage for its employees.
