The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the provision of Enteral Feeding Supplies for the Louisiana Department of Health. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide a range of products, including feed and flush pumps, enteral feeding tubes, and nutritional supplements. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must be able to deliver products within 1 hour of notification by the using agency. • The bidder must be able to provide products that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. • The bidder must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid. • The bidder must include a W-9 form with their bid if they are newly registered.
