Highway Safety Improvement Program

Delaware’s Department of Transportation is seeking a single‑prime consulting firm to provide professional services supporting its Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP). The work covers the Hazard Elimination Program, Strategic Highway Safety Plan, Highway‑Rail Grade Crossing safety studies, and ongoing crash‑data management, with an emphasis on data analytics, benefit‑cost analysis, and compliance with FHWA/FRA regulations.
