The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) is seeking to acquire MPU5 radios and related components from Persistent Systems, LLC, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole owner of the Wave Relay system. The acquisition is being pursued as a Single Feasible Source due to the proprietary nature of the requirement.
