Construction, Engineering And Inspection (CEI) Services For The Sands Boulevard And Surfside Boulevard Bridge Repair Projects

The City of Cape Coral is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service construction, engineering, and inspection (CEI) support for the repair of two municipal bridges on Sands Boulevard and Surfside Boulevard. The scope includes detailed design, permitting, construction management, on‑site inspection, and final certification of bridge rehabilitation work. The contractor must hold the appropriate Florida contractor licenses, carry required insurance, and comply with federal, state, and local safety and environmental standards. Proposals are due electronically through the OpenGov portal by September 28, 2026. Evaluation will consider technical approach, firm qualifications, key personnel experience, past performance on similar bridge or infrastructure projects, and cost.
