Budget estimate

$250,000 – $350,000

The solicitation caps the reimbursable amount at $307,608 for FY 27. Assuming the awardee can bill the full ceiling, the expected earnings would be roughly $250 K–$350 K after accounting for allowable indirect costs, taxes, and any subcontractor expenses. The range reflects possible variations in proposed staffing levels, travel, and other direct costs that the vendor may include.
