NATO Business Opportunity: Portable Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) Jammer Kits

Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) will issue an RFP for the design, manufacturing, and delivery of six portable GNSS and drone‑link jammer kits. The kits must be lightweight, deployable within 30 minutes, capable of jamming multiple GNSS frequencies and drone communication bands, and operable from a variety of platforms (ship, vehicle, tripod, etc.). The contract also includes a demonstration plan, on‑site training for early adopters in Europe/UK, a user guide, and an emissions test report for spectrum compliance.
