City of Eagan - NTP Filter A&B Rehabilitation Rebid

The City of Eagan is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the North Treatment Plant (NTP) Filter A and B systems. The work includes comprehensive sandblasting, metal repair and coating of the center column and filter splitter box, cleaning and coating of overflow and influent piping, replacement of 12‑inch butterfly valves with new valve‑actuator assemblies, upgrading walkway decking to vented aluminum, installing new backwash troughs with media‑retaining designs, replacing filter media to original design depths, and disposing of spent anthracite, greensand, and support gravel.
