Waste Disposal-DOC-DCI-Food Waste

The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for waste disposal services for the Louisiana Department of Corrections, Dixon Correctional Institute. The contract is for a 12-month period, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The contractor will be required to provide one minimum 30 cubic yard metal lid roll-off container with liner for food waste, serviced a minimum of three times per week. • The contract requires the contractor to provide waste disposal services, including hauling and disposal fees. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a W-9 form with their bid if they are newly registered. • The contract may be extended for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. • The total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
