MARKETING, VENUE DEVELOPMENT, EVENT RECRUITMENT, AND BRAND COORDINATION SERVICES

Ector County is seeking a marketing and venue development partner to provide comprehensive marketing, venue development, event recruitment, brand coordination, and business development services for the Ector County Coliseum & Exhibition Center. The selected proposer will serve as an extension of the Coliseum management team and assist in achieving strategic objectives through coordinated venue marketing, event recruitment, business development, and promotional support. The contract term is expected to be one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The proposer will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan to increase event attendance, enhance venue visibility, attract new promoters and event producers, expand sponsorship opportunities, and increase utilization of all venue assets. • The proposer will also be responsible for recruiting events, including concerts, festivals, and other activities, and for developing and implementing a business development plan to support the long-term growth of the facility. • The proposer will provide monthly reports detailing marketing activities, website performance, social media performance, and other key metrics. • The proposer will also be responsible for providing event recruitment services, including identifying and recruiting potential event producers, developing and implementing a recruitment strategy, and providing lead generation and follow-up services.
