Alacourt FY26

The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for the Alacourt FY26 project, which involves the provision of law firm services for 2-5 users. The contract is a sole source renewal of existing services, with an estimated contract period of one year, from 10/1/2025 to 09/30/2026. The supplier will be required to provide attorney packages and statement fees. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. • The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. • The supplier must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation. • The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract. • The supplier must verify enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to any award. • The supplier must provide written proof of manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, certificates of insurance, etc. after bid opening, if requested by the State.
