Sole Source Legal Research Services - 9/23/2025

The Department of Youth Services is seeking to establish an Annual Agreement for the purpose of the Legal Department accessing Westlaw On-Line Research Services. The supplier must provide legal research services through Westlaw. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved through alternative dispute resolution methods. The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax. The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation and certify that they are not barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
