Athletic Sponsorship

Mesa Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a comprehensive sponsorship and rebate program in support of their district-wide athletic programs. The selected vendor will implement a structured rebate process tied to qualifying purchases, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely distribution of funds back to the athletic programs. Proposals must clearly outline the vendor’s methodology for tracking purchases, validating eligibility, and reporting rebate activity. The program should include a rebate program where the district earns a percentage, points, or credit with every purchase, and a sponsorship program with in-kind items such as uniforms, apparel, shoes, equipment, banners, and signage. The vendor should provide firm, fixed percentage discounts off the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for sports uniforms, equipment, apparel, name brands, and related items. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years. • The vendor should provide a detailed explanation of how the district's purchases directly relate to their proposed sponsorship and/or rebate program. • The vendor should clearly indicate all shipping and handling charges, custom logo/decoration charges, and any additional charges that may apply under the contract. • The vendor should submit their response using their company's own format and letterhead.
