Traffic Signals and ITS Materials Supply (Supplemental)

The State of Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the supply of traffic signals and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) materials. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide materials such as traffic signal poles, pedestrian signal housing, LED traffic signal indication modules, and rectangular rapid flashing beacon units. The bidder must also provide a warranty for the materials and services provided. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The bidder must submit a non-collusion statement and a subcontractor information form. • The bidder must also provide business references and exception forms. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the ITB, including payment terms and delivery requirements.
