The U.S. Army Reserve is seeking a non‑personal services contractor to staff a Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Performance Team (HPT) that will embed 25 full‑time‑equivalent experts (registered dietitians, cognitive performance specialists, strength‑and‑conditioning coaches, and athletic trainers) across ten Army Reserve sites. The team will develop, deliver, and mentor education, training, and advisory services in the five H2F domains (physical, nutritional, mental, spiritual, sleep) to improve Soldier readiness, reduce injuries, and enhance body‑composition outcomes. Work will be performed on a flexible schedule aligned with the Reserve’s “39‑Day” training model, requiring evenings, weekends, and frequent travel throughout the continental United States. The contract will be an IDIQ with a 12‑month base period, one 12‑month option, and a possible six‑month extension, totaling up to 30 months. All personnel must be U.S. citizens, hold a Confidential security clearance, and maintain appropriate professional licenses/certifications. The Government will provide office space, basic equipment, and access to fitness facilities; the contractor must furnish all specialized performance‑related equipment and cover travel expenses per Joint Travel Regulations.
