NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE ASSETWORKS RISK MANAGEMENT INC.

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division intends to designate AssetWorks Risk Management Inc. as a single source for professional valuation services for County-owned buildings. The services will include updating insurable values and the structures' Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) data. AssetWorks Risk Management Inc. is the exclusive developer and sole provider of the AMP Property Risk Management software application, which enables the vendor to update data directly within its system. • The single source designation is intended from 06/15/2026 to 9/30/2027. • The services will be used to update data for the County's insurance broker to access real-time information. • The data will also become part of each building records. • Respondents who disagree with the proposed single source designation must submit written explanations or documentation contesting the proposed designation prior to the closing date and time specified.
