DHR Montgomery Co - Fire Alarm Monitoring FY27

The Montgomery County Department of Human Resources is seeking a vendor to provide continuous fire‑alarm monitoring services for the FY27 service year using the existing fire‑alarm equipment on site. The contract will run from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027 and requires quarterly fixed‑price quotes for three service lines. Vendors must be able to demonstrate they can operate with the current hardware and, if they are the sole (proprietary) provider of that equipment, must attach a certification letter in Alabama Buys. • Provide 24‑hour fire‑alarm monitoring using the existing system. • Deliver 24‑hour cellular communication service to support the monitoring system. • Offer 24‑hour Alarm‑Out‑Response (AOR) service. • Submit firm, fixed quarterly pricing for each service line; pricing must remain unchanged through 9/30/2027. • No modifications, removals, or additions to the existing fire‑alarm equipment are allowed. • If the vendor is the sole equipment supplier, attach a proprietary‑supplier letter in Alabama Buys explaining why.
