The State of Maryland, through the Department of Health’s Springfield Hospital Center, is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive electrical distribution system maintenance, testing, calibration, and inspection services for the hospital’s critical power infrastructure. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 12‑month base period with no option periods, and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Work includes yearly preventive maintenance, thermographic inspections, emergency response, parts replacement, and detailed reporting, with service windows primarily between March‑May (or Sept‑Nov with approval).
