THE DALLES OIL ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District is soliciting a contract for The Dalles Oil Accountability Measures. The proposed project aims to improve the monitoring of oil release into the Columbia River by implementing automated systems for oil-filled equipment, bulk storage containers, and high-risk equipment. The project's main objective is to minimize oil release and fulfill the requirements of the Portland District's Standing Environmental Policy 200-1, Oil Accountability.
