Medical Grade Oxygen Cylinder Supply, Exchange, and Delivery Services

The Scott County Administration is seeking proposals for medical grade oxygen cylinder supply, exchange, and delivery services. The selected vendor will be required to provide medical grade oxygen in vendor-owned C, D, M, and H cylinders, maintain sufficient cylinder inventory, and provide routine delivery and emergency services. The contract will be for a term of one year with the opportunity to renew. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to emergency medical services operations. • The vendor must be able to maintain consistent supply levels across multiple locations. • The vendor must be able to provide weekend, holiday, and after-hours delivery services. • The vendor must be able to provide additional oxygen during periods of increased demand or emergency incidents. • The vendor must maintain accurate records of cylinders delivered, exchanged, and assigned to MEDIC EMS.
