Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the scope of work, which includes providing three Class III vessels for 10 days and two Class II vessels for 5 days, along with trained and experienced crews, the budget could be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the daily rental rate for a Class III vessel is around $5,000 to $10,000, and the daily rental rate for a Class II vessel is around $2,000 to $5,000. Additionally, the contractor will be required to provide full campus access for vessel support for 14 days and logistical support for 14 days, which could add to the overall cost.
