The contractor must meet detailed material specifications (direct‑thermal fan‑fold boarding passes, roll‑fed kiosk passes, and adhesive baggage‑tag rolls), package the items as defined, and be able to fulfill “as‑needed” ordering up to the estimated annual volumes (≈10,000 cases of fan‑fold passes, 2,000 rolls of kiosk passes, 8,000 cases of baggage‑tag rolls).
