Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation/John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is seeking support services for the upcoming international VTI workshop. The objective of this requirement is to provide support services to Volpe and FRA for the upcoming workshop, which aims to further advance key research priorities for enhancing railroad safety and performance in both freight and passenger railway operations. The required services include workshop planning, coordination, venue management, technical infrastructure support, and site visit management.
• Workshop planning and coordination
• Venue management for two full days
• Technical infrastructure support for remote participation
• Site visit management to FRA test facilities
• Coffee service and refreshments
• RDL equipment demo and slab track visit at RTT track
