District Instructional Supplies & Equipment

Sherman Independent School District (SISD) is issuing a multiple‑award Request for Proposal to obtain sealed proposals for a broad catalog of instructional supplies and equipment. The scope includes general teaching aids, classroom supplies, technology (laptops, tablets, AV equipment), Career and Technical Education (CTE) products, special‑education items, non‑state adopted textbooks, math manipulatives, curriculum materials, online content, ESOL/LOTE resources, social‑studies, science/lab supplies, and art supplies. Vendors must offer discounts off catalog, published, or fair‑market prices and may also propose professional or contract services. The contract runs from June 6 2024 through June 30 2030, with purchases made “as‑needed” in small quantities via purchase orders. Responses are to be submitted electronically (or manually in a sealed envelope) by 12 AM CT on 30 June 2030. Questions must be submitted by 1 January 2027.
