The University of South Carolina seeks an experienced consulting firm to provide comprehensive roofing and building‑envelope services for its campus facilities. The work includes investigation of existing systems, condition analysis, thermal and moisture testing, design of roof and envelope systems, preparation of construction documents and specifications, bid support, construction administration, quality assurance, and installation observation. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ) with a two‑year base period, a maximum total spend of $500,000 and up to five separate delivery orders, each not to exceed $200,000.
