Starlight Event Center Products and Services - ESC Region 19 Only

The Region 19 Education Service Center is seeking vendors to provide a full suite of products and services for its Starlight Event Center in El Paso, TX. The solicitation covers everything needed to support events—including floral arrangements, lighting, props, DJ and audio equipment, rental gear, pastry and catering, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, linens, and small‑ware. Vendors must submit a percent‑discount bid against a standard price list, provide required permits (food service, alcohol distribution), maintain appropriate insurance, and certify that all employees and subcontractors meet background‑check and “covered employee” requirements.
