Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services

The Belton Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services to the District. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, and the term of the contract will be from the award date through November 30, 2025, with three automatic one-year renewals. Vendors must provide new, unused, and first-class condition goods and services, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The district reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous. • The district will not be responsible for late submissions or failure of delivery from courier services. • Vendors must provide insurance during the term of the contract, with the district listed as an additional insured on all policies. • Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
