NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – Forward Searcy Site No. 2

Forward Searcy, Inc. is seeking qualified construction management/general contractor firms to provide CM/GC services on a construction‑management‑at‑risk basis for the development of Forward Searcy Site No. 2. The scope includes clearing roughly 30 acres, minor earthwork, constructing a sanitary sewer pump station, and installing a sanitary sewer force main adjacent to Searcy Regional Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing design, permitting, procurement, and construction to deliver the project within a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) framework. • Site preparation and clearing of ~30 acres. • Design‑build of a sanitary sewer pump station. • Installation of a sanitary sewer force main linking to the regional airport. • Management of all construction phases under a CMAR/GMP contract.
