The State of South Carolina is establishing a five‑year, statewide, fixed‑price term contract for hazardous‑material sampling, analysis, and reporting services covering asbestos, lead‑based paint, and indoor‑air‑quality mold. The contract is divided into seven “lots” that can be bid on individually: three field‑inspection/reporting lots (asbestos, lead‑paint, mold), one air‑monitoring lot for renovation projects, and three laboratory‑fee lots that set maximum reimbursable rates for various analytical methods. Offerors must be licensed (SCDHEC asbestos, EPA lead‑paint, accredited labs) and provide detailed written reports within specified turnaround times (24‑hour/72‑hour lab analysis, 5‑business‑day/30‑day report). An administrative services fee of 1 % of total sales is payable to the procurement office.
